I'm Shah Ahmed, a registered nutritionist specializing in women's energy. I coached over 350 women since 2013. I work exclusively with high-performing career women to eliminate energy crashes and lose the last 10–15 lbs in 8 weeks.
One of my clients once said something to me that I have never forgotten.
"I used to stand in front of the mirror before every wedding and think, what are the aunties going to say when they see me?"
